Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the property postcode and your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email we receive whatever you send. That is all — this website does not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if you become a client, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to get in touch (legitimate interest and, where we go on to work together, contract).
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our studio email. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for the period required by our professional indemnity insurer and RIBA guidance.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it, by emailing studio@aloziearchitects.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
